How does your media product represent particular social groups?

My media product represents the average teenage girl interested in fashion, i didn’t want my character to be a ‘Chav’ in tracksuits and trainers who constantly swears, because i wanted my character to relate to my target audience, i also wanted the audience to not form a negative opinion on the character which is why i dressed her in skinny jeans, a blazer and studded ankle boots because this trend is very current and presents a simple statement.
